Deliveries take place throughout the day and it is not possible to schedule a specific time under any circumstances, as it depends on the availability of the logistics partners and the recipient. Same-day delivery is guaranteed only if the order is placed before 1:00 PM.

For delivery to hospitals, nursing homes, etc., it is necessary to indicate the department and room number. If delivery is to a hotel, please indicate (if possible) the room number and the name under which the recipient registered at the hotel (group, spouses, etc.). Giardini di Sarri Riccardo will attempt to deliver your order in accordance with the rules of each public facility. However, it cannot be held responsible if company policies prevent this. Giardini di Sarri Riccardo cannot authorize a refund if an order cannot be delivered due to the circumstances described above.

The compositions remain available in the store for collection within the next two working days. For orders delivered via express courier, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next available day. However, if the recipient or the information required to complete the delivery is again missing, the order will not be delivered.

The order can be cancelled up to 2 working days before the desired delivery date by indicating the relevant order number. Cancellations after this deadline will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and a refund of the order value is not guaranteed. Returns are not possible.
